Once we have a nice batch of posts, we will send an email to to our 800+ members announcing the posts and linking to each one by name
If you are trying to jumpstart your readership, this is a great opportunity for you!
- YOU have a blog that has at least some content related to OPM Music, Fil-Am Music, or Pinoy pop culture (movies, games, literature, food, whatever). You want links to your site to get visitors and build your page rank.
- WE have a site with a decent amount of traffic and content, but our forums are kinda dead so far.
- WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER
Here's what you need to do:
- Join the site
- Feel free to promote your blog on your page as much as you want. We recommend using the RSS feature to feed your entries into the page. Every entry becomes a link back to your site (and yes google does see those.)
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: repost some of your entries in our forum under the appropriate category. Please repost the entire story, but include a link to your site like "for more posts like this, check out xxx". You can include pictures, videos, etc. This will get the story you wrote out there and generate links back to your blog.
- You can even post a review/mission statement of your site in this "Links to your site" section of the forum. Tell us how your site is unique and how it relates to Pinoy Pop Culture. All non-topical spam posts will be deleted. Sorry.
- Please don't copy someone else's work without their permission. This is only for work you have permission to repost.
