yes your right. Im assuming that both codecs use the same audio specs. Audio is only a trivial amount of the bandwidth of either stream, so i assume they dont skimp on that. Btw what do u mean "in 19%"
i guess my point here is to evaluate the process of manufacturing HD compressions from SD source. Obviously if you start with HD, the HD will look better. But if you are blowing footage up to fit the HD size, one would presumably weight the added "enjoyment" for some users with the added frustration that another segment of the audience experiences due to long download waits, skipping, sync issues, etc.
